Flight Of The Conchords Are Coming To Tour The UK Next Year!

Everyone loves Flight of the Conchords and it’s been far too long since we’ve seen them in god’s own county.

Sure, the guys who make up the comedy duo, Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement, are from New Zealand and their fame mainly came from an immensely popular American TV show that they did for HBO, but the good people of Britain want some of their sugar too.

They’re just really good, aren’t they?

Also, I only learned quite recently that Jemaine Clement played Boris the Animal in Men in Black 3… that’s pretty wild.

Anyway, I digress. It looks like out British prayers have been answered. How so? Flight of the Conchords are doing a huge tour of the UK and Ireland next year!

They’re going to start of at the Eventim Apollo in London on the 19th and 20th of March, and then it’s business time…

Tickets go on sale on the 27th this month, and you’ll be able to see the, perform at:

-Mon 19 Mar – Eventim Apollo, London
-Tue 20 Mar – Eventim Apollo, London
-Thu 22 Mar – Genting Arena, Birmingham
-Fri 23 Mar – Manchester Arena
-Mon 26 Mar – SSE Hydro, Glasgow
-Tue 27 Mar – First Direct Arena, Leeds
-Thu 29 Mar – O2 Arena, London
-Sun 1 Apr – Echo Arena, Liverpool

You’ll be able to acquire some tickets by visiting their website here.

The duo have released two albums; a self-titles one in 2008, and I Told You I Was Freaky in 2009.

As I said, their tickets aren’t on sale just yet, but you can enjoy some more of their stuff here…

Brilliant.
