P!nk Drunk Emailed Eminem And He Sent Her The Most Hilarious Response

Slowly but surely, Eminem is making his comeback – and we couldn’t be more excited, especially if his upcoming music sounds anything like his recent freestyle cypher against Donald Trump, or his feature on P!nk’s newest song ‘Revenge’.

at the 63rd Annual BMI Pop Awards held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel on May 12, 2015 in Beverly Hills, California.

It turns out, however, that getting Eminem to feature on her track wasn’t as difficult a task as P!nk might have thought it to be.

The 38-year-old ‘What About Us?‘ singer felt that Eminem would need so much convincing that she got drunk before reaching out to him.

In a lengthy, and highly emotional email, P!nk detailed her love for the 44-year-old in the same vein as a fan ‘love letter’.

During her appearance on the morning show, Lorraine, the singer confessed how she’d all but poured her heart out to the rapper after gulping down several glasses of wine, only to receive a response which, in many people’s opinions, might have felt a bit – underwhelming.

“I reached out to him in this case,” she said. “I love him. I’ve always loved him. I think he’s a lyrical genius. I had written this song. I had went to the studio and drank a lot of wine, I wrote ‘Revenge’. And then, I went home and drank more wine because that’s what you do when you’ve already drank a lot of wine – you think more wine is a good idea.

And I wrote him an email, and I said, ‘I love you. I’ve always loved you. I’ve loved you since you gave me your autograph at the 2001 MTV Music Video Awards. I love that you always work with the same people.’ I just wrote this love letter, and he just wrote back, ‘OK.'”

So, P!nk basically told Eminem how much she loved him in an email, and in response, all he said was …

Okay? Well, Eminem has quite famously always been a man of few words when he’s not on the stage. And whilst it might have been a bit embarrassing on P!nk’s behalf to have her feelings shut down with one word – at least she ended up getting a song out of it.

So, everyone wins, right?

Pink’s latest album, Beautiful Trauma, was released on Friday October 13th, and Eminem delivers a fiery verse on her track Revnge, which is a track all about getting revenge on a cheater.

In true Eminem fashion, the lyrics to his rap are particularly aggressive, with one of the lines describing his anger over a fictional ex:

‘So when you’re driving to his house and you pass me while I’m driving a hearse. Just remember: you cheated on me first. You’re a whore. You’re a whore. This is war.’

And people on Twitter are already loving the track, with some even claiming that it’ll top the music charts soon enough:
