The 'Spice Girls' Are Set For A 2018 Reunion And Twitter Has Gone Absolutely Insane
Every one of the Spice Girls, including Ginger and Posh, have agreed to reunite for a new album in 2018, as well as a one-off TV special performance too.
Be still our beating hearts. We’re absolutely beside ourselves.
Listen, we’re not going to sit here and pretend that this hasn’t happened before. The Spice Girls have fooled us, time and time again, with several attempts at a comeback.
There was that song ‘Holler’ that came out in 2000, which had a slightly RnB-esque vibe to it (we honestly think it’s an absolute banger), but was clearly missing the presence of Geri Halliwell.
Then was their slightly more recent attempt at a comeback, ‘Headlines’, which all saw five of them reunite for a music video that looked a lot more like a Victoria’s Secret lingerie advert.
And who can forget that glorious moment in the 2012 London Olympics when the five of them returned for a special performance during the closing ceremony? BRILL-I-ANT.
However, this time a reunion is actually happening, and fans simply can’t contain their excitement.

Next year, the girls will reunite for a one-off TV special and a compilation album.
“The five of them have been locked in secret talks since the summer, and finally they are all on-board for a 2018 reunion,’ a source told The Sun.
“As it stands, they will be working together on a series of projects, which will include an album and a TV special celebrating the Spice Girls. ‘And getting Victoria to agree has been a coup for everyone involved, given she has always been the person holding back on a reunion.”
Whilst they’re at it, perhaps we could also get a sequel to Spice World too? Just Saying.
